Guam is an unincorporated and organized territory of the United States in Micronesia in the western Pacific Ocean.The capital city of Guam is Hagåtña and the most populous city is Dededo.

The inhabitants of Guam are called Guamanians, and they are American citizens by birth. Indigenous Guamanians are the Chamorros, who are related to other natives to the west in the Philippines and Taiwan.

During the Spanish–American War, the United States captured Guam on June 21, 1898 under the Treaty of Paris. Spain ceded Guam to USA on December 10, 1898.

The Partnership plans to purchase existing Condominium Homes for its Visa Members to use as a Stepping Stone to full US Citizenship for those Visa Members wishing to settle in Guam,  USA, Australia or Canada.

The Partnership is in the process of purchasing a current Cruise Ship to be named the “World Experience” Condo Ship currently under negotiations for purchase with a change of name pending.

The World Experience shall go into service immediately upon purchase to cruise the World including Guam. This Route shall be from China, Manila, Guam and Vanuatu to Brisbane, Australia for a fast Track Visa shown in the map below:
